  • What Are Your Rates?

    Our rates vary from unit to unit, you can view our rates and unit availability here.

  • What are your unit sizes?

    Our unit sizes vary from 45ft to 90ft in length and are 14 ft wide. You can view our information on our individual units here.

  • Are your units climate controlled?

    Our individual units are not climate controlled by an HVAC system. The ceiing and door are insulated keeping the units between ~40F and 80F. Our units are fully enclosed and secure - protecting your investment from the elements, theft and vandalism. This includes vapor barrier in ceilings to reduce condensation potential.   • Can I do maintenance on-site?

    Per the facility bylaws, no maintenance shall take place on-site that is a nuisance to other tenants or will cause potential hazards or damage to the site and or other tenants.

  • Can I run my business from a unit?

    No business of any kind is allowed to be conducted and no signage shall be posted on property by anyone other than Lessor. At no time will any Unit be considered habitable space.

  • Can I occupy a unit as my living space?

    No unit will be considered habitable space.

  • Is storage billed monthly?

    Yes. Storage is billed once per calendar month using your selected unit’s monthly rate.

  • Is there a long-term commitment?

    Per the facility rules the initial lease must be a minimum of 6 months. After that the lease can be changed to a month to month agreement with a 30 day notice of cancellation requirement.

  • When is my payment due?

    Description Your payment is due on the 1st of each month.

  • Can I access my RV?

    Yes. Customers receive secure access to the property and can access their RV according to the facility’s access policies.

  • What is included with storage?

    Our facility offers secure indoor units, camera monitoring, perimeter fencing, keyless access, RV battery charging outlets, and convenient services including air, water, dump stations, and complimentary ice.

  • Why is a security deposit required?

    The refundable security deposit protects the facility against unpaid charges or damage beyond normal use. It is not an additional storage fee.

  • How much is the deposit?

    Monthly payment plans require a deposit equal to one month’s storage rent. Six-month prepaid plans receive a 50% deposit reduction. The deposit is waived when the full 12-month term is paid upfront.

  • When is the deposit returned?

    After the unit is vacated, inspected, and all account obligations are satisfied, the deposit is returned according to the rental agreement and applicable Arizona law. Any deduction will be documented.

  • Can my deposit be used for my final month?

    No. The deposit remains security until move-out unless the written agreement specifically says otherwise.

  • Why do you recommend 2ft of clearance between vehicle length and unit length.

    Each unit has a protective bollard to keep vehicles from accidently entering another unit. Takes up about 18” of usable vehicle length and a minimum of 6” is recommended for clearance.
